The fire alarm tests ruined our early morning rest. The layout of the bathroom was awkward, making it difficult to use.

I was genuinely impressed by the stylish decor and the warm ambiance throughout the hotel, making it feel inviting. Accessibility features were superb, with easy navigation for seniors, which made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

A few more comfortable seating areas would be great.

Limit of two extra pillows feels inadequate, especially since the provided pillows are on the smaller side. The bathroom sink plug was a hassle, becoming stuck multiple times, and the maintenance response didn’t quite resolve the issue. Cleanliness left me wanting. I had to deal with some dust and a dirty floor. Also, I heard a rumor about a shuttle to the gorge venue but found out about it only after I arrived.
